SEBON has approved right share issuances for PRIN, SYFL, and MMDFB. PRIN will issue 46% right shares in 31,66,677.63 units at Rs 100, SYFL will issue 25% right shares in 11,86,022.47 units at Rs 100, and MMDFB will issue 100% right shares in 4,50,000 units at Rs 100, with respective issue managers named.
The auction of 1,762,188 unsold right shares of Karnali Development Bank opens today, offering 146,270 promoter and 30,918 ordinary shares. Bidders must quote a minimum Rs 100 per unit, bid at least 100 units, and for promoter shares only existing promoters may bid; the bid amount must be deposited into Prabhu Bank Account No. 13511600631816000006 under the name of Prabhu Capital Limited.
