ICRA Nepal assigns Grade 4+ to the Rs.12,24,97,760.00 Rights Issue (12.24 lakh units) of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, indicating below‑average fundamentals. NMB Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
Suryodaya Laghubitta will auction 28,082 unsold right shares from Jestha 13 to Jestha 20, 2075. Promoters can bid for 8,400 promoter shares; the general public can bid for 19,682 ordinary shares; minimum bid price is Rs 100, and the total bid amount must be deposited to Global IME Capital in the name of Global IME Capital at Kumari Bank.
