The 13th annual general meeting of Nepal Hydro and Electric Company will be held today, 17 Jestha 2075, at 10:00 AM in its registered office in Butwal. Shareholders will vote to endorse a 5% bonus share issue and a 5% cash dividend, among other agenda items such as restructuring the promoter’s structure and discussing loan limits.
Shine Resunga Development Bank has distributed 25% bonus shares from FY 2073/74 profits directly to shareholders’ demat accounts. Shareholders still holding shares in physical form must dematerialise by contacting NIBL Ace Capital Limited; those who bought shares after Jestha 29,2073 must pay tax on the bonus shares at any SHINE or NIBL branch.
Premier Insurance has credited 13.52% bonus shares to shareholders’ demat accounts. Shareholders who have not dematerialised are urged to contact the registrar.
Share certificates for Kalika Power Company’s 600,000‑unit IPO, worth Rs 6 crore, will be distributed to locals of Gorkha District from Jestha 20, 2075. Eligible residents can collect their certificates at the designated collection centers where they applied.
