RSDC Laghubitta begins offering 5:3 rights shares today, with the offer closing on Shrawan 20, 2075. A total of 21,59,700 unit rights shares at Rs 100 each will raise paid‑up capital to Rs 57.59 crore.
Today is the last day to secure a 12 % total dividend (5.50 % bonus shares and 6.50 % cash) from Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited. The 11th AGM will convene on Ashadh 32, 2075 at Indreni Food Land, Kathmandu, and will endorse the dividend and bonus.
