Mega Bank Nepal Limited is holding its 7th AGM today at 11:00 AM in the Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu. The board will endorse a dividend of Rs 99.86 crore (10.7539% of the total current paid‑up capital) and a 10.75% bonus share issuance, and may approve an increase in authorized capital to Rs 11.50 arba.
The cut‑off for Karnali Development Bank’s promoter right shares auction was Rs 100, and for ordinary shares it was Rs 101, with the highest bid at Rs 116. The auction, managed by Prabhu Capital, involved 5,23,570 promoter rights and 1,84,588 ordinary rights.
Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) is distributing a 20% cash dividend (FY 2073/74) from today, with payments directly deposited into shareholders' bank accounts. Shareholders who have not dematerialised their shares are urged to demat and update their bank details to receive the dividend.

Everest Insurance Company (EIC) has added the issuance of 14,03,325 unit promoter right shares to the SEBON pipeline for approval, targeting a 51:49 shareholding ratio after adjustment. Following this, the company will issue 300% right shares, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 1.09 billion.
Unsubscribed 71,095 right shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited will be sold via auction soon as the 40% right share allotment has been completed. After the issuance, the company’s paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 1.01 arba, with plans to raise further to meet minimum requirements.
Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited is launching a 50% right share issue today, Ashadh 27, 2075, with applications open until Shrawan 29, 2075. The issuance of 1,89,600 units at Rs 100 each will increase the company’s paid‑up capital to Rs 4.74 crore.
Deva Bikas Bank Limited is holding its 11th AGM today at 11:00 AM, granting 17.10% bonus shares and a Rs 1.30 crore cash dividend to shareholders holding shares until Kartik 22, 2074.
Mirmire Microfinance’s 100% right shares issue opens today and will close on Shrawan 29, 2075; shareholders holding shares as of Jestha 17 can apply to buy the 4.5 lakh right shares priced at Rs 100 each.
