Bank of Kathmandu approved a 13.25% bonus share issue for current shareholders during its 23rd AGM on Asad 28, 2075. The newly elected chairman, Mr. Prakash Shrestha, took his oath on Asad 31, 2075.
Today (Ashad 32, 2075), Surya Life Insurance convenes its 10th AGM at Hotel Harison Palace, permitting shareholders registered on or before Ashad 16 to vote on a 12% bonus share issue and a 70% rights offering.
