Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a 10% cash dividend worth Rs 2.30 crore to its shareholders. The dividend will be paid on the adjusted capital after the company’s recent 100% right share issue, amounting to Rs 23 crore.
The auction for 3.62 lakh promoter shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank ended, allotting only 17,000 units at a Rs 100 cut‑off and a maximum bid of Rs 114, with 3.45 lakh units to be re‑auctioned soon. After a 10% rights issue, the bank’s paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 2.21 arba, still short of the Rs 2.50 arba target, requiring a Rs 29 craden hike.
