Suryodaya Laghubitta will pay a 2.25% cash dividend of Rs 17.01 lakh to shareholders, and issue 42.75% bonus shares worth Rs 3.23 crore. Net profit of Rs 1.93 crore was posted for FY 2074/75.
Excel Development Bank's Board has decided on a 17% cash dividend of Rs 11.77 crore for FY 2074/75, to be finalized after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
Nerude Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha Limited has declared a 20.79% dividend and a 15% bonus‑share issue, which will raise the company’s paid‑up capital to Rs 39.75 crore after the adjustment.

Auction for 16,568 remaining right shares of Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha closes on Ashoj 14, 2075. Bidders can place minimum bids of 100 ordinary shares or 1,000 promoter shares—promoter bids get priority—and must deposit bid amounts of Rs 100 or more into NIBL Ace Capital’s Kumari Bank account.
Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will hold its 10th AGM on Ashoj 20, 2075, where shareholders will be granted a 20% bonus share allocation worth Rs 2.44 crore and a 1.0526% cash dividend for tax purposes. Shareholder register will be closed from Ashoj 05 until the meeting; only holders as of Ashoj 04 may attend.
