Shareholders of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited now have until Ashoj 22, 2075 to apply for the bank’s 50% right shares, extending the prior Ashoj 07 deadline. The offer includes 2,33,95,291 new units at a Rs 100 par value, with applications accepted via Meroshare or any C‑ASBA‑enabled financial institution.
Bhargav Bikas Bank shareholders can register until Ashoj 18 to attend its 10th AGM on Ashoj 27, 2075. The meeting will approve 5.5556% bonus shares.
The issuance of 11.50 lakh unit right shares will close on Kartik 26, 2075, and eligible shareholders can apply via ASBA or Meroshare. The company’s paid‑up capital will increase to Rs 23 crore after adjustment, and a 10% cash dividend has been declared.
