Shareholders of First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha with holdings until 2075/06/16 are eligible to receive a 12.63% cash dividend, which will be transferred directly to their bank accounts. Investors must keep their demat accounts updated with bank details, and those not yet dematified should open a demat account immediately to receive the dividend.
City Express Finance Company has completed allotment of its 167% right shares to shareholders; paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 40 crore. The company reported a net profit of Rs 2.54 crore in Q4 2074/275.
