Bid for National Life Insurance’s 2,78,119.34 unsold unit shares is open until Kartik 26, 2075; minimum bid of Rs 100 and minimum 100 units apply. The company will raise its paid‑up capital to Rs 2.64 arba after the 60 % right‑share adjustment, and the full bid amount must be deposited in A/C No 0010017450600001 of Kumari Bank in the name of NIBL Ace Capital.
