A cash dividend of Rs 21.05 per unit for FY 2074/75 has been proposed by Himalayan Distillery Limited and is pending approval at its upcoming AGM.
The right‑share issue by Kisan Micro Finance will close on Poush 9, 2075, offering 2,40,250 unit shares at Rs 100 each. Shareholders holding shares before Kartik 13 may apply via ASBA or Meroshare.
Shareholders of GGBL, GDBL, and SHPC must dematerialize shares to receive dividends or bonus shares directly into their bank/D‑MAT accounts. GGBL will distribute a 3.75% cash dividend, GDBL will issue 19.31% bonus shares, and SHPC will pay a 5% cash dividend.
