Civil Laghubitta has proposed a 7.5% dividend for FY 2074/75, comprising 4% bonus shares and 3.5% cash dividend, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the company’s upcoming AGM.
Srijana Finance Limited has announced a 24.50% dividend for FY 2074/75, comprising a 15% bonus share and 9.5% cash dividend, subject to NBRC approval and the upcoming AGM. After the bonus share adjustment, the paid-up capital will rise to Rs 46.06 crore.
Shareholders must hold shares until Kartik 27 to be eligible to attend the 12th AGM, scheduled for 1:00 PM on Mangsir 10, 2075 at Gorkha Department Store, Damak, Jhapa, where the bank will declare a Rs 3.25 cr cash dividend and propose a capital increase to Rs 51.50 cr.
Shareholders will receive 12% bonus shares on FY2073/74, pending approval from the Insurance Board and AGM. LICN’s paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 1.48 arba, with a planned Rs 52 crore hike to meet the Rs 2 arba minimum.
SEBON has approved the 1:1 right share issuance of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, allowing the company to issue 16 lakh unit right shares at Rs 100 each, which will raise its paid‑up capital to Rs 32 crore. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issuance.
Surya Life is set to issue 70% right shares in SEBON's approval pipeline; the move will lift its paid‑up capital to Rs 1.92 arbitr and the company plans to raise an additional Rs 8 crore to meet the Rs 2 arbitr minimum.

The proposed 14% cash dividend of Rs 1.12 per share is pending NRB approval and will be finalized at Sanima Bank’s upcoming AGM.
