Today is the last day to place bids for the auctioned 11,129.01 units of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited shares, with bids closing at 3 PM. The minimum bid is 100 units and bidders must submit through NMB Capital Limited in the valley or NMB Bank branches outside it.
The proposed 14.20% cash dividend (Rs 39.05 crore) for FY 2074/75 is pending approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited.
The 20th AGM of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta will convene on Mangsir 25, 2075; shareholders holding shares as of Mangsir 10 are eligible to attend. During the meeting the company will announce a 22.11% cash dividend worth Rs 22.10 crore and a 20% bonus share issue worth Rs 20 crore.

Progressive Finance has allotted its 281% right shares; 4,48,000 promoter and 16,71,900 ordinary shares remain unsubscribed and will be sold via auction soon.
NEPSE has reversed the 105% right share adjustment for Everest Insurance Company, nullifying the previously set price of Rs.563.41.

50% right shares of Kisan Micro Finance Bittiya Sanstha Limited float from Mangsir 2, 2075 (today) and will close on Poush 9, 2075; 2,40,250 unit shares are offered at Rs 100 each, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 7.20 crore.
Central Finance has approved an 8.76% bonus share issuance to shareholders from FY 2073‑74 net profit. The AGM also elected six new directors, including Mr Sanjoj Man Shrestha and Ms Chandika Shrestha.
The 5th Annual General Meeting of Samata Microfinance will be held on Mangsir 27, 2075 at Hotel Ecchya Pvt Limited, Simra, opening on 11:30 AM. Shareholders who hold shares until Mangsir 11, 2075 are eligible to participate, and the company will distribute a 7.3684% cash dividend worth Rs 49.91 lakh on the adjusted capital.
