Citizens Bank International has announced a 5.263% dividend for FY 2074/75, consisting of 3.628% bonus shares valued at Rs 29.14 crore and a 1.635% cash dividend of Rs 13.13 crore. The dividend payout is subject to Reserve Bank approval and will be finalized at the company’s upcoming AGM.
Promoter shares of Naya Nepal Laghubitta remain unsubscribed and will be re‑auctioned soon. The tentative cutoff price for ordinary shares is Rs 386.9.
Kriti Capital will hold its 7th AGM on Poush 19, 2075 at 3:00 AM, with the board set to approve bonus shares worth Rs 30 lakh. Other agenda items include increasing authorized and issued capital, endorsing the audited financial report for FY 2074/75, and approving a cash dividend of Rs 1.57 lakh.
