Today is the last day to hold shares of NMB Bank (20% cash dividend), Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (1.26% cash dividend), and Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (11.84% cash dividend) to secure the dividend and attend their respective AGMs.
NeP has approved a 4% bonus share issue and a cash dividend of Rs 5 lakh 47 thousand 369, subject to AGM approval. After the bonus adjustment the paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 27.04 crore.
Shareholders of Janata Bank Nepal who hold shares as of Poush 15 can attend the 9th AGM on Poush 29 and receive an 8.50% cash dividend of Rs 68 crore. The register closes on Poush 16.
The 6th AGM of Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (FOWAD) is scheduled for Poush 29, 2075. Shareholders registered as of Poush 14 will be entitled to a 45% dividend and a 20% cash dividend worth Rs 6 crore.
The 50% right share issue of Kisan Micro Finance Bittiya Sanstha Limited closes today. Shareholders can still apply for 2,40,250 unit shares at Rs 100 each through ASBA or Meroshare, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 7.20 crore.
Today is the last day to hold Siddhartha Bank Limited shares to qualify for the 13.16% dividend. The 17th AGM will convene on Poush 23, 2075 at 11:00 AM in Rastriya Sabhagriha, Kathmandu.
Shareholders registered by Poush 15 will receive a 5 % bonus on their holdings at the 11th AGM on Poush 27, 2075. The AGM will also approve a Rs 3.33 crore cash dividend.
NMB Capital’s 8th Annual General Meeting will take place on Poush 29, 2075, where shareholders can approve a 20% cash dividend for FY 2074/75. Attendance is required to vote on the dividend and other agenda items.

Lumbini Bikas Bank has proposed 17.35% bonus shares for FY 074/75, valued at Rs 37.71 crore, pending Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
