SEBON approved the issuance of 3,29,890 unit 50% right shares at Rs 100 each by Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The bonus issue of 10.45% shares for FY 2074/75 will bring the paid‑up capital to Rs 10.59 crore.
API Power Company Limited (API) will issue 200% right shares at a 1:2 ratio, offering 2,26,80,000 unit shares with a par value of Rs 100. After the issuance, the paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 3.39 arab.
