SEBON has approved Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited's issuance of 32,89,000 right‑share units, setting its paid‑up capital at Rs 65.78 crore.
Citizens Investment Trust (CIT) and Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) shareholders can trade their newly listed bonus shares—22.06% for CIT in FY 2073/74 and 8% for MLBL in FY 2074/75.
Remaining 1.97 lakh units of Everest Insurance's 105% right shares will be auctioned soon. The allotment has raised the paid‑up capital from Rs 13.36 crore to Rs 27.39 crore.

CBBL has re‑applied for a 40% dividend, comprising 18% bonus shares and 22% cash dividend, after it was disapproved by the Nepal Rastra Bank. If approved, its paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 1.18 arba.
