SEBON has approved the issuance of 65% right shares (40,14,652 units) for Nepal Insurance Company Ltd, boosting its paid‑up capital to Rs 1.01 arba under the management of Global IME Capital Ltd.
Bids for Progressive Finance Limited’s 13,30,255 unit right shares are accepted from today until Magh 22, 2075, with a minimum bid of 100 units at Rs 100 each. The company’s capital will rise from Rs 21 crore to Rs 80.01 crore after the adjustment.
