United Insurance’s Board of Directors on 22nd Magh decided to issue 1:2.4 right shares, increasing paid‑up capital from Rs.30.24 crore to about Rs.1.02 Arba. Approval from Beema Samiti is pending, after which a special AGM will be convened to ratify the capital increase.

A total of 3,00,000 right shares has been allotted, with about 97% subscribed. Only 9,453 units remain unsubscribed and will enter auction, while the paid‑up capital will increase to Rs 9 crore after the issue.
Bank of Kathmandu Limited will distribute an 11% cash dividend directly to shareholders’ bank accounts, pending IPS membership. Shareholders are also urged to dematerialize shares and link their bank accounts.
Applications for the 80% right issue close today; shareholders holding shares until Mangsir 08 may apply through banks with C‑ASBA or Meroshare. The issue will add Rs 43.20 crore, raising capital to Rs 97.20 crore.
Book closure is on Magh 28, 2075; shareholders holding shares until then will be eligible for the SGM on Falgun 6, 2075 at 11:00 AM to approve issuance of 100% right shares worth Rs 10.10 crore and related capital changes.
Prabhu Bank has re-proposed an 8% bonus share allotment worth Rs 65,87,15,882 and a cash dividend of Rs 3,46,69,257 (0.42% of profit); the proposal is pending approval at the upcoming AGM and from Nepal Rastra Bank.

Mega Bank will deposit its 6.85% cash dividend directly into shareholders’ bank accounts starting today. Shareholders are urged to dematerialise their shares to receive the dividend.
Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has listed 4,08,225 bonus shares derived from a 5% distribution based on FY 2074/75 profit. Shareholders can now trade these shares in the secondary market.
