Auction of 197,596.44 Lakh LBBL promoters’ rights shares concluded on 15 Feb 2019 with 30 bidders; the cutoff price was Rs.101.01 and the highest bid was Rs.105. All shares were fully subscribed.

WOMI has decided to issue 100% right shares on its existing paid-up capital of Rs 10.10 crore, following a Special General Meeting on Falgun 6, 2075.
Xyz ltd. has announced a 100% bonus share issue, which will halve the market price of each share. Shareholders will receive an additional share per share held, but the overall value of their holdings remains unchanged.
SEBON has added rights issues to its pipeline for Ngadi Group Power Limited (30% rights, Rs.16.06 Cr) and Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (50% rights, Rs.32.75 Cr). Both proposals are currently under preliminary review, with paid‑up capital rising to Rs.69.62 Cr for NGPL and Rs.98.25 Cr for GBLBS after the issues.
Civil Bank has proposed a 4.05% cash dividend of approximately Rs 29.40 crore, but the dividend will only be paid after the annual general meeting and NRB approval. The AGM for the last two fiscal years has yet to be held.
Investors holding Excel Development Bank shares until 26th Falgun, 2075 (13th February 2019) are eligible to receive a 17% cash dividend of Rs.11.77 crore and attend the company’s 13th AGM on 11th Chaitra, 2075 (25 March 2019).
