Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) has launched a 70% rights share issue of 8.8741 million equity shares at par, totaling Rs.887.41 million. The issue received a CARE‑NP IPO Grade 4 from Care Ratings Nepal, reflecting concerns over market share, solvency margins, and premium mix.
Shareholders holding Sagarmatha Insurance shares until Jestha 31, 2076 must pay tax on the 86% bonus share and deposit it to Global IME bank A/c 0101010005264, including DEMAT account number, name, and contact on the slip. Bonus will be released only after any loan collateral is cleared.
Book closing for the 1:1 right share issuance ends on Shrawan 1, 2076; shareholders must hold shares until Ashadh 31, 2076 to qualify. The company will issue 11.04 lakh unit rights to existing shareholders.
The last date to apply for Multipurpose Finance company Limited’s 1:8.65 right share offering is Shrawan 26, 2076. Shareholders registered as of Ashadh 10, 2076 are eligible to receive the right shares.
Investors holding Womi Laghubitta shares until Ashadh 26, 2076 can apply for the 100% right shares, with the issue closing on Bhadra 11, 2076. This rights issue will issue 10,10,880 shares at Rs 100 each, doubling the paid-up capital to Rs 20,21,76,000.
NCCB’s Board of Directors met today and proposed a 15.89% bonus share allocation and a 0.83% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2074/75. If approved, the bonus will raise its paid‑up capital to Rs 8.13 orba from Rs 7.01 orba.
