These approvals await NRB confirmation before being endorsed at the respective AGMs.

LIC Nepal will pay a 70% dividend for fiscal year 2074-75, with 34.46% in bonus shares credited to demat accounts and 35.54% in cash deposited via IPS. Shareholders should ensure their demat and bank accounts are active to receive the dividend.
