None of the companies have announced dividends for FY 75/76. Himalayan Distillery Limited only declared an interim cash dividend of 68.42% with book closure on May 21, 2019.
The company has proposed a 15% bonus and 5.79% cash dividend for FY 2075/76, but the decision still awaits Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
Odbl tops the development banks with a maximum dividend capacity of 29.5%, followed by SBBLJ at 26.4% and GDBL at 25.3%. Among finance companies, UFL dominates with 35.0% capacity, while PFL and MFIL hold 28.1% and 26.3% respectively.
SEBON has approved Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited's 200% right issue, offering 12.13 lakh units at Rs.100 per share (Rs.12.13 Cr). NIBL Ace Capital will manage the issue; existing shareholders can acquire rights at the par price.
