Janaki Finance Company Limited has proposed a 22% bonus share issue for shareholders based on FY 2075/76 profit, alongside a 1.16% ash dividend. The proposal awaits approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and will be confirmed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
