Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a 20% bonus share issuance for FY 2075/76, raising its paid‑up capital to Rs 10.08 crore after the adjustment. The board also proposed a 21.0526% total dividend of Rs 1.7684 crore, pending NRB and AGM approval.
Shareholders recorded on Kartik 26, 2076 are eligible to attend the AGM held on Mangsir 14, 2076 and claim the 0.4007% cash dividend and 7.6129% bonus shares.
