The sixth Annual General Meeting of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SLBSL) is scheduled for Poush 11, 2076. Shareholders on record as of Mangsir 19, 2076 are eligible to attend, and the company proposes a 34.45% bonus share issue and a 2:1 right share allotment.
Laxmi Bank will hold its 19th AGM on Poush 6, 2076, approving a 15% dividend (10% bonus, 5% cash) and shareholders on the book as of Mangsir 22, 2076 are eligible to claim dividends.
Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) clarified its 31.579% dividend for FY 2075/76. The package includes 20% bonus shares worth Rs 2.04 crore, an 11.579% cash dividend of Rs 1.18 crore, and the portion above 20% will be placed in a Member Protection Fund at 25% of that amount, subject to Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will hold its 7th Annual General Meeting on Poush 5, 2076 (21 December 2019) at Putalibazar ward no. 1, 8 AM onwards. The meeting will approve 44.4778 % bonus shares and a 2.3409 % cash dividend of Rs 25.26 Lakhs for FY 75/76.
Kailash Bikas Bank has proposed an 18.77% dividend for FY2075/76, pending NRB approval and its 26th AGM, while the bank is being acquired by Prime Commercial Bank.
Neco Insurance (NIL), Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) and Prime Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) have listed 44.06 lakh bonus shares, representing 12% for NIL, 7.5% for NICL and 12% for PLIC, for FY 2074/75.

The AGM will also approve a 27.1186% bonus share issue valuing Rs32 crore and a 17.2168% cash dividend.
Prime Commercial Bank Limited will distribute 16% bonus shares to all shareholders for FY 75/76, raising paid‑up capital from Rs.9.68 Arba to Rs.11.23 Arba. The bonus shares will also cover shares acquired from Kankai Bikas Bank Limited under a 100:71.5 swap, pending NRB approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
The board has proposed a 28.684% dividend, including a 1.4374% cash payout, to be approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting pending Nepal Rastra Bank clearance. After approval, the paid‑up capital will be reset to Rs 1 arba.
