Srijana Finance has announced that the remaining 3.05 lakh unsubscribed right shares will be auctioned soon, giving investors an opportunity to bid on these shares. Up to 90% of the shares have already been subscribed, raising Rs 24.59 crore.
Book closure for the dividend is on 23 Mangsir 2076; shareholders recorded on 22 Mangsir 2076 are eligible to claim the 6.57% cash dividend.

The merged entity will be named Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and will increase its authorized capital to Rs 60 crore.

The dividend proposal of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for FY 2075/76, which includes a 45% bonus share issue and a total dividend of 47.36%, has received Nepal Rastra Bank approval and is awaiting final confirmation at the upcoming AGM.
