Today is the last day to purchase shares of Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to qualify for a 7.38% bonus share and a cash dividend of Rs 2.33 lakh. The AGM will be held on Poush 09, 2076, with book closure on Mangsir 29, 2076.
Book closure for Pokhara Finance's AGM is on Poush 04, 2076. Shareholders on the books as of Poush 03, 2076 can attend the AGM on Poush 18, 2076 and claim the 7.20% cash dividend.
