ICFC Finance will convene its 16th Annual General Meeting on Poush 29, 2076 (Tuesday) at CMD Foodland, Tangal, Kathmandu, and will approve an 8% cash dividend, with the book closure on Poush 15 to determine eligibility.
Book closure on Poush 14 means shareholders recorded as of Poush 13 are eligible for the 19% dividend of Rs 2.44 orba. The 33rd AGM takes place on Poush 28, 2076.

Book closure for Laxmi Bank (LBL) and Civil Bank Limited (CBL) is Mangsir 23, 2076; shareholders listed on Mangsir 22 can attend the AGMs on Poush 06, 2076 and claim the respective dividends—15% total for LBL (10% bonus, 5% cash) and 6.57% cash for CBL.
