Prime Commercial Bank will hold its 12th AGM on Poush 25 2076 (January 10, 2020) at Army Officers Club, Sundhara, Kathmandu, after changing the venue from the previously announced location. Shareholders holding shares until Poush 13 2076 are eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM.

Chilime Hydropower will deposit its approved 5% cash dividend directly into shareholders’ bank accounts from Mangsir 30, 2076; shareholders who have not dematerialised shares or updated their demat accounts are urged to do so promptly to receive the dividend.
Shareholders must dematerialize shares and update bank details in their Demat accounts immediately to receive Laxmi Bank’s 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend.
Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta has proposed a 26.32% dividend (2.41% cash, 45.83% bonus shares) for its shareholders, with capital set to increase to Rs 7.91 crore post‐adjustment. The proposal awaits approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.

The 7% cash dividend will be deposited directly into shareholders' bank accounts starting Poush 08, 2076. Shareholders who have not updated their demat accounts are urged to do so to receive the dividend.
