Book closure for Jyoti Bikas Bank’s 12th AGM is on 16th Poush 2076; shareholders on file as of 15th Poush 2076 will be eligible to attend the AGM at Celebrations Banquet, Kamalpokhari, Naxalmarga, Kathmandu on 29th Poush 2076.
NEPSE has listed a total of 38.46 lakh units of rights and bonus shares, including 4,03,220.25 units of 20% right shares for Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited, 18,00,000 units of 18% bonus shares for Chhimek Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha Limited, 4,80,000 units of 15% bonus shares for Nadep Laghubittiya bittya Sanstha Limited, and 11,63,469.46 units of 17% bonus shares for First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Book closure is on Poush 25, 2076; shareholders recorded as of Poush 24, 2076 can attend the AGM on Magh 10, 2076 and claim a 1.27% cash dividend and 24% bonus shares (Rs 1.48 crore). Additionally, 33.33% right shares (3:1) will be issued after the bonus share adjustment.

Decided at its 247th BOD meeting on Poush 15, 2076, Himalayan General Insurance will distribute a 10.50% dividend, 5% bonus shares worth Rs.5.13 crore, and a 5.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.5.64 crore at its upcoming AGM.
HIDCL shareholders must own shares by Poush 16, 2076 to attend the AGM on Poush 28 and receive the proposed 12% cash dividend. Book closure occurs on Poush 17, 2076; dividend of Rs 1.32 Arba is pending AGM approval.

Shareholders who have not dematerialised their shares or updated their demat accounts must do so to claim the 12.75% cash dividend, which will be directly deposited into their bank account. Shareholders who have already paid the tax but see a deduction in their dividend should contact Global IME Capital within 7 days.
