Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has listed 57,600 bonus units on NEPSE, representing a 10% bonus from FY 2074/75; before right‑share adjustments the bonus equated to 20%.
Book closure for the 45% dividend is on Magh 13, 2076; shareholders as of Magh 12, 2076 will receive a 30% bonus share worth Rs 23.20 crore and a 15% cash dividend of Rs 11.60 crore. The 18th AGM is scheduled for Magh 26, 2076 at Bharatpur Garden Resort.
Shareholders of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL), National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (NMFBS) and Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SWBBL) must update their bank account details in their Demat accounts to receive the recently approved cash dividends (6.8%, 5% and 14% respectively), as distributions started Poush 21, 2076 for KSBBL, Mangsir 29, 2076 for NMFBS and Poush 20, 2076 for SWBBL.
1,08,733 ordinary shares of NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited remain unsubscribed and will be auctioned soon. The 150% right issue will raise Rs.24.30 crore and expects paid‑up capital to increase to Rs.40.50 crore.
Reliance Finance has proposed a 6.58% cash dividend for the 2075/76 period, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM. The dividend, valued at Rs 5.47 crore, will be distributed to shareholders upon final approval.
