Century bank proposes a total dividend of 6.75%—comprising 2% bonus shares (worth Rs 16.83 crore) and 4.75% cash dividend (worth Rs 39.97 crore)—to be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval before its AGM.
Prabhu Bank will allocate 16% bonus shares directly to shareholders’ Demat accounts. Shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares should update their Demat account immediately to receive the bonus.
Miteri Development Bank (MDB)’s 19.50% dividend proposal, approved at its 191st Board Meeting on Magh 22, 2076, is pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the forthcoming AGM. The dividend comprises a 0.975% cash dividend worth Rs 57.03 lakh, an 18.525% bonus share worth Rs 10.83 crore, and totals Rs 11.40 crore.
Samriddhi Finance is issuing 200% right shares, boosting its paid‑up capital from Rs 18.19 crore to Rs 40 crore. BOK Capital Market has been appointed as the issue manager for the transaction.
SEBON has approved the 100% right shares of Gurans Life Insurance, issuing 93 lakh 85,200 units at a par of Rs 100 each for a total of NPR 938.5 million; book closure is yet to be announced, and NMB Capital has been appointed as issue manager.
The company has revised its dividend proposal to a 4% bonus and a 3.75% cash dividend, amounting to Rs 4.10 crore in bonus shares and Rs 3.85 crore in cash. The proposal awaits approval at the 26th Annual General Meeting.
Book closure for the 6.58% cash dividend is on Magh 28, 2076; shareholders still on books on Magh 27, 2076 are eligible. Reliance Finance will convene its tenth AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 to approve the dividend.
Shareholders who have not updated bank information in their Demat accounts must act promptly; the 11.32% cash dividend will be deposited directly into the designated bank account.
Book closure for Central Finance is on Magh 28, 2076; shareholders holding shares until Magh 27 will receive a 7% cash dividend of Rs 5.76 crore. The 23rd AGM will be held on Falgun 16, 2076.
Mero Microfinance will credit 30% bonus shares directly to shareholders' DEMAT accounts and urges holders to dematerialize their shares. Bonus shares of Mero Microfinance and right shares of Samata Microfinance have been listed on NEPSE with more than 3 million units now tradeable.
