The book closure for IME General Insurance’s 22nd AGM is Falgun 12, 2076; shareholders recorded on Falgun 11, 2076 can claim the 6 % bonus shares and a cash dividend of Rs 32.22 lakh. The AGM will be held on Falgun 24, 2076.
Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has approved a 12.5% cash dividend and a 32.5% bonus share issue at its seventh AGM on Poush 29, 2076; the dividend will be paid directly into shareholders’ bank accounts, so shareholders are urged to dematerialize shares and update their account details through Nabil Investment Banking before the distribution.
Book closure for Ngadi Group Power’s 10 % cash dividend is Falgun 15, 2076. Shareholders on record as of Falgun 14, 2076 can attend the AGM on Falgun 27, 2076 to claim the dividend of Rs 5.35 crore.
NEPSE has listed 19,28,227.5 units of bonus shares for Himalayan Distillery Limited, following its approval of a 50% bonus and 52.63% cash dividend for FY 2075/76. It has also listed 363,000 units of bonus shares for Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, after approving a 15% bonus and 11.32% cash dividend for the same fiscal year.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has completed distribution of 8% bonus shares to demat accounts for FY 75/76; shareholders should ensure their holdings are dematerialized to receive the bonus.
Subscription for 60% rights shares (3,849,120 units) of Prudential Insurance Company Limited is open until Chaitra 23, 2076. Shares priced at Rs.100 per unit at par value.

Shareholders who have not dematerialised their shares or updated bank details must act immediately to receive the payouts.
