Prudential Insurance Company Limited’s 60% right shares issue is open until Chaitra 23, 2076, allowing existing shareholders to subscribe to 3,849,120 units at Rs.100 per share. The issuance amounts to Rs.38.49 Crore and is managed by NMB Capital.
Investors holding shares until Falgun 29, 2076 will receive a 10.53 % dividend on the current paid‑up capital. The dividend will be endorsed at the AGM on Chaitra 16, 2076 (March 29 2020).
Shareholders recorded on Chaitra 06 are eligible to attend the 16th AGM on Chaitra 07, 2076, and claim the dividend. The AGM will approve 5% bonus shares, 47% right shares worth Rs 56.7 crore, and 91% right shares worth Rs 165.3 crore.
The rights share issue of 9,983,231 shares at Rs.100 each has been graded CARE‑NP IPO Grade 4+, indicating below‑average fundamentals. Investors should note that the AGM for the issue is scheduled for Mangsir 28.
SEBON approves Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’s 11.41 lakh right shares at a 1:1 ratio, raising Rs 11 crore 41 lakh 14 thousand. Paid‑up capital will become Rs 23.40 crore after the issue and FY 2075/76 proposed bonus.
Shareholders recorded on Falgun 14, 2076 will be eligible for a 10% cash dividend of Rs 5.35 crore. They may attend the AGM on Falgun 27, 2076 at Amritbhog Caterers.
Lumbini General Insurance has opened an auction for its 99,726 remaining ordinary shares, running from today (Falgun 14, 2076) until Falgun 21, 2076 at 3 PM. The minimum bid rate is Rs 100 per unit; bids can be made by the general public at or above this rate, with a minimum purchase of 100 units, via CBIL Capital as issue manager.
Book closure is on Falgun 15, 2076. Shareholders listed on Falgun 14, 2076 are eligible to attend the AGM on Chaitra 07, 2076.
Api Power has received SEBON approval for the first phase of its 200% (1:2) rights issuance, issuing 56.70 lakh units to raise Rs 56.70 crore. This offer represents 47% of the current paid‑up capital and investors can subscribe immediately.
Book closing for Gurans Life Insurance’s 100% right issue is on Falgun 22, 2076, allowing shareholders listed on Falgun 21 to apply. The issuance will increase paid‑up capital to Rs 1.87 arba.
