Shareholders on Chaitra 06 will be eligible to claim a Rs 62.34 lakh cash dividend and participate in the 14th AGM of Excel Development Bank Limited on Chaitra 20, 2076. The AGM will approve a 17.10% bonus worth Rs 11.84 crore and a 30% right issue worth Rs 24.33 crore.
Prime Life Insurance has proposed a 12.5% bonus share worth Rs 25.09 crore and a cash dividend of Rs 1.32 crore for the year 2074/75, following the 132nd board meeting held on Falgun 23, 2076. The paid‑up capital will be adjusted to Rs 2.25 arba after the bonus.
Shareholders of Jyoti Bikas Bank should dematerialise their shares now to receive the 12.75% bonus shares and dividends directly in their Demat accounts; Global IME Bank shareholders are likewise urged to dematerialise to collect pending dividends for 2065/66 to 2074/75.

Prudential Insurance Company Limited’s 60% right shares issue is open until Chaitra 23, 2076 (banking hours). Existing shareholders can subscribe up to 3,849,120 shares at Rs.100 each, raising Rs.38.49 crore.
Book closure is on Falgun 30, 2076; shareholders on the books until Falgun 29 can attend the AGM on Chaitra 14 and claim the 2% bonus shares and 4.75% cash dividend.
Investors may apply for Shikhar Insurance's 30% right shares until Baisakha 03, 2077. The issue comprises 31.71 lakh units at Rs 100 each, aiming to raise Rs 31.71 crore.
The bank has proposed a 12% bonus, increasing paid‑up capital from Rs 1.14 to Rs 1.27 arba, subject to approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and the thirteenth AGM.
Shareholders on record as of Chaitra 03, 2076 will receive a 5% bonus share allocation worth Rs 5.47 crore and a 2.89% cash dividend worth Rs 3.17 crore; book closure for the dividend was on Chaitra 04, 2076. Last trading day on NEPSE for Gurans Life Insurance (GLICL) right shares is Falgun 22, 2076; shareholders recorded on Falgun 21 are eligible to apply for the 1:1 right issue of 93 lakh 85 thousand 200 units at Rs 100 each.
