Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has begun a 1:1 rights issue of 1,141,140 unit shares on Shrawan 25, 2077, available to subscribers until Bhadra 15, 2077. Investors can take priority in this issue to support the company’s capital adequacy and branch expansion plans.
All 100% of Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited’s right shares have been allotted, with 93.72% (87,95,186 units) subscribed. The remaining 5,90,014 units (6.28%) will be auctioned soon.
Unitholders of NIBL Sahabhagita Fund who held units before Sharawan 23, 2077 are entitled to an 8.25% dividend (including tax) for FY 2076/77, and may reinvest it via the Dividend Re-investment Plan.

Bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) have become tradable on NEPSE as of August 6, 2020, offering investors the 5% bonus of 5,11,989 units. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB), Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) and Kumari Bank Limited (post‑acquisition of Deva Bikas Bank) also have their bonus shares listed for regular trading, with 3,86,601.25, 11,84,472.50, and 2,96,59,190.28 units respectively, reflecting 17.50%, 17.10%, and a swap ratio of 1:0.86.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has declared a 7.5% cash dividend for its Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF) and a 5% cash dividend for Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme‑2 (SIGS‑2) for FY 2076/77. The SEF cash dividend totals Rs 11.25 crore while the SIGS‑2 dividend totals Rs 6 crore, with book‑closure dates to be announced later.
The Electricity Regulatory Commission has approved AHPC's 1:1 right‑share issue, but SEBON approval remains pending. Investors should await final clearance before considering participation.
