Book closure for Samriddhi Finance’s 1:2 right shares issue is on Bhadra 12, 2077; only shareholders owning shares before that date may apply. The issue will create 36,39,606 new units based on the paid‑up capital of Rs. 18,19,80,300.
Samriddhi Finance Company Limited has received SEBON approval to issue 3,639,606 right shares at 200% premium, raising Rs.36.39 crore. The issue will be managed by BOK Capital Market and will increase paid‑up capital from Rs.18.19 crore to Rs.54.59 crore.
Shareholders who have not updated bank details in BOID should authorize them promptly to receive the 8.25% dividend deposited by NIBL Ace Capital. The dividend, including tax for FY 2076/77, was distributed to unitholders’ bank accounts and can be reinvested into the scheme via the Dividend Re‑Investment Plan.
Investors have one month to claim uncollected dividends for FY 2069/70 and 2070/71; claims must include a share certificate and ID verification, or the amounts will be transferred to the Investors Protection Fund.
