10% bonus shares (2,52,720 units) of Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been listed on NEPSE, covering the FY 2075/76 paid‑up capital distribution. Trading of the shares resumed today following the listing.
Unitholders of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-2 and Siddhartha Equity Fund must update their BOID bank details to receive the announced 5% and 7.5% cash dividends. Holders who have taken a loan against their units need a lender approval letter emailed to [email protected].
Shine Resunga Development Bank has urged shareholders to pay the required tax to claim the 15% bonus shares issued from FY 2075/76 profits. Investors can pay the tax at any bank branch or NIBL Ace Capital and should coordinate with their lending institution if shares were taken against a loan before Jestha 32, 2077 to free the bonus shares.
Nagbeli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has listed 4,35,966.70 units of 26% bonus shares in Nepse today, based on the 10th AGM of 2075/76. The bonus, worth a little over Rs. 4.35 crores, is part of its joint operation with Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha that began 7th Bhadra.
Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has issued 60,000 units of 10% bonus shares and Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has issued 57,057 units of 5% bonus shares, both now listed on Nepse. The bonus shares are backed by paid‑up capital of 6 crores and 11.41 crores respectively.
Citizen Investment Trust has submitted an application to SEBON for the issuance of right shares in a ratio of 1:0.8284, priced at just over Rs.1.35 Arba, and plans to distribute a 22% bonus share for FY2075/76.
Dividend will be disbursed after the upcoming General Meeting, following Nepal Rastra Bank’s approval. The board proposes a 20% dividend (Rs. 4.49 crore cash and Rs. 13.49 crore bonus shares) for FY 2076/77.
The dividend proposal by Gurans Life Insurance has been revised to a 10.5% bonus share issuance for FY 2074/75, pending approval at the forthcoming General Meeting and Beema Samiti.
38,49,120 right shares of Prudential Insurance Company Limited and 39,34,356.19 bonus shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited are listed on Nepse; 54,631 unsubscribed Prudential units were subsequently auctioned.
The book closure for the Laxmi Equity Fund's FY 2076/77 dividend is Bhadra 23, so investors holding units before that date are eligible for the 4.25% dividend including tax.
