SEBON approves Nepal Finance Limited’s 1:1.25 right shares proposal, allowing the company to issue 16,97,506.25 shares and raise paid‑up capital to Rs 30 crores. A subsequent 1:1.75 right shares issue remains pending approval.
Sanima Equity Fund proposes a 7% dividend for FY 2076/77, amounting to Rs. 9.10 crore. The book‑closure date will be announced in a separate notice.
The bank proposes a 16% dividend for FY 2076/77, comprising a 3% cash dividend of Rs. 25,64,06,622 and a 13% bonus share allocation of Rs. 1,11,12,89,014.

Book closure for the FY 2076/77 dividend of Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (15% cash, Rs.12.30 crore) and Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (10% cash, Rs.5.60 crore) is 15 Ashwin 2077. Unitholders holding the units before Ashwin 15 are entitled to the dividend payout.
