Laxmi Capital Market Limited will hold its 12th AGM on 15 Mangsir (30 November 2023). During the meeting, shareholders will be asked to endorse a cash dividend of Rs 2,02,50,000 (~Rs 2 crore) from distributable profits of FY 2076/77.
Book closure for RMDC Laghubitta’s 20% dividend begins on Mangsir 08 and ends on Mangsir 22.

Kumari Bank has amended its FY 2076/77 dividend to 10.85% in bonus shares and 3.15% in cash, keeping the total dividend unchanged. The revised distribution will be finalized after the upcoming AGM endorsement.
Book closure for First Microfinance Laghubitta’s dividend is scheduled for Mangsir 05; investors registered before that date will be eligible for the 9.50% bonus shares and 4.18% cash dividend. The 11th AGM will be held on Mangsir 18 at 11 am, with options for limited physical attendance and virtual participation.
Investors who purchased Tinau Mission Development Bank shares after Ashad 31, 2076 must pay the required tax now to receive their 12% bonus shares. Submit the tax payment to Siddhartha Bank (account 00116335283) and email the voucher to [email protected] and [email protected].
