The issue of 1:1.25 right shares opens today (Mangsir 04) and closes after banking hours on Mangsir 24. Eligible investors may apply to acquire 16,97,506.25 units, boosting the company’s paid‑up capital to Rs. 30 crores.
Citizens Bank International Limited has announced a 35‑day deadline for investors to claim their unclaimed cash dividend for FY 2071/72. The dividend, comprising a 1.05 % cash payout and a 20 % bonus issue, must be claimed by submitting required documents to CBIL Capital in Kathmandu before the deadline, after which the funds will be transferred to the Investors Protection Fund.
Investors listed before Mangsir 12 are entitled to a 6 % dividend for FY 2076/77, and the 10th AGM will be held online on Mangsir 22 (Dec 07) at 11 am.
Shareholders of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta who have not dematerialized their shares before Mangsir 29, 2076 will receive the 25% bonus shares shortly. The 30,00,000 units of bonus shares have already been listed in NEPSE and the company also paid a 15.53% cash dividend worth Rs 18.63 crore for FY 2075/76.
Lumbini General Insurance has already deposited its 8.125% bonus shares worth Rs 8.58 crore into the demat accounts of those who dematerialised before Ashad 3; shareholders who dematerialised after this date will receive the bonus soon, and those who have not dematerialised yet are advised to do so quickly.
Today is the last trading day to acquire shares of Api Power Company (API) for the 9% bonus dividend that will be paid after the 5% bonus issued in 2076, with book closure on Mangsir 01. Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) also closes its book tomorrow, Kartik 28, so investors held today are entitled to a 16% dividend comprising a 3% cash payout of Rs 25,64,06,622 plus a 13% bonus share of Rs 1,11,12,89,014, and can attend the AGM on Mangsir 15.
Mirmire Laghubitta proposes a 12.63% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 12% bonus shares worth Rs. 4,75,37,646 and a 0.63% cash dividend of Rs. 24,96,649, to be distributed after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement.
The book‑closure for NIC Asia Bank Limited’s 20% dividend and 23rd AGM starts on Mangsir 10 and ends on Mangsir 21; investors must be registered before Mangsir 10 to qualify.
Surya Life Insurance Company Limited has declared a 10.526% dividend for FY 2075/76, to be paid as 5% bonus shares and 5.526% cash, with the cash component totaling Rs. 11,90,99,711 and the bonus shares Rs. 10,77,56,900.
Shareholders must have invested by Mangsir 08 (Dec 7) to qualify for RMDC Laghubitta’s 20% dividend for FY 2076/77. The 22nd AGM will be held virtually at 11 am on Mangsir 22 (Dec 7), where the 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend will also be approved.
