Sunrise Bank has proposed an 8.28% dividend for FY 2076/77, comprising 5.8% in bonus shares and 2.48% in cash. The bonus shares total Rs. 52,01,33,063.29 and the cash dividend totals Rs. 22,24,01,723.62.
Investors must hold shares before Mangsir 15, 2026 to qualify for the AGM and the 35% dividend. The AGM will be held virtually on Mangsir 30 and will approve Rs. 3,83,93,950 worth of bonus shares and Rs. 1,53,57,580 cash dividend.
Trading of 2,18,746 bonus shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) will resume tomorrow, opening at Rs. 290, after a six‑year halt. SEBON is reviewing 6,56,169 right shares in a 1:1 ratio.
