Today is the last day to bid for Samriddhi Finance Company Limited's unclaimed right shares, with 13,58,268 promoter shares and 4,66,089 ordinary shares up for auction. Book closure for the 5.263% dividend and the AGM of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited ends on Poush 02, after the closing day Mangsir 26. The AGM will be streamed online on Poush 08 (Dec 23) and will endorse a 5% bonus issue and a 1:0.5 right shares issue.
