Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
Miteri Development Bank has proposed a 15.79% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 15% bonus shares amounting to Rs. 10,40,05,687.50 and 0.79% cash dividend of Rs. 54,73,983.56, to be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Cash dividend of Rs. 17,11,050 and bonus shares of Rs. 3,25,09,950 will be distributed once Nepal Rastra Bank approval is received and the AGM is held.
Shareholders must claim their uncollected cash dividend by providing a BOID statement and proof of identity at Siddhartha Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu. If dividends are not claimed following this notice, distributions from FY 2070/71 will be deposited into the Investors Protection Fund.
Dividend distribution will occur only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. Manjushree Finance proposes a 23.5% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of an 18% bonus share allocation (Rs. 14,72,63,627.46) and a 5.5% cash dividend (Rs. 4,49,97,219.50).
Bonus shares of 15% have already been deposited to demat accounts of investors who dematerialized before Poush 12, 2076; those who dematerialized after will receive them shortly. Investors who have not yet dematerialized are urged to complete the process to receive their bonus shares.
Dividend distribution will only occur after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming 26th AGM. The board proposes a 7.37% bonus share dividend amounting to Rs. 6,10,99,879.50 and a 3.16% cash dividend of Rs. 2,61,97,506 from the paid‑up capital of Rs. 82,90,35,000.
Book closure commences on Poush 05; investors remaining on the register before that date will receive a 6.32% cash dividend of Rs 1,20,70,535 and bonus shares worth Rs 3,82,23,360. The 7th AGM at Hotel Classic, Simara, Bara will open at 10:30 on Poush 14, approving the merger with Gharelu Laghubitta and the combined entity name Samata Gharelu Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
On Mangsir 19, Siddhartha Bank (SBL) declared a 12% bonus share dividend worth Rs 1.17 cr and a 3% cash dividend of Rs 29.36 cr for the fiscal year 2076/77.
Dividend for FY 2076/77 will be paid after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement; it includes 22% bonus shares worth Rs.33,00,00,000 and 7% cash of Rs.10,50,00,000.
NLICL cuts its proposed FY 2075/76 dividend from 17.5% to 10.53%, issuing 10% bonus shares and a 0.53% cash dividend.
