The proposed 28.92% dividend for FY 2076/77 will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. It includes 27.47% bonus shares worth Rs 7,13,09,108 and a 1.45% cash dividend of Rs 37,53,111.
Century Commercial Bank announced a 7.5% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 5.25% bonus shares worth Rs 45,06,48,502.50 and 2.25% cash dividend of Rs 19,31,35,072.50. The payout will be effected after Nepal Rastra Bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
NEPSE has halted trading of Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN) pending a company response within 3 days; the board has proposed a 5.263% dividend consisting of 5% bonus shares and 0.263% cash, to be distributed after the AGM on Poush 26, 2077.
