Today is the last day to register for Sunrise Bank Limited’s 8.28% dividend; the book closure is on Poush 07, 2076. Investors receive 5.8% as bonus shares worth Rs 52,01,33,063.29 and 2.48% cash dividend totaling Rs 22,24,01,723.62, with the 13th AGM held virtually from Amrapali Banquet.
Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited has proposed a 10% bonus share issuance for FY 2076/77, which will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
Book closure for the proposed 100% dividend (50% bonus shares and 50% cash of Rs. 50 per share) is on Poush 17, after which holders of record qualify for the payout. The 20th AGM where the dividend will be endorsed is scheduled for Poush 29 (January 13).
Book closure for Prabhu Bank's 10.5263% dividend runs from Poush 10 until the AGM on Poush 26. Investors must be book‑closed by that date to receive the dividend, which will be endorsed at the AGM.
The 4.18% cash dividend was deposited into investor bank accounts starting from Mangsir 23. Investors who have not authenticated bank accounts or dematerialised shares, and those with margin loans must submit the required documents to receive the dividend.

The board of directors of Nealp Bank Limited has proposed a 16% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 12% bonus shares and a 4% cash component. This dividend will only be distributed following approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM; the bank's paid‑up capital is Rs. 11,28,28,20,200 and the current last day close is Rs. 416.
Tinau Mission Development Bank has proposed a 6% dividend for FY 2076/77 to be paid as bonus shares, subject to RBI approval and the upcoming 14th AGM. Citizens Bank International has entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire TMDBL, and the bank’s shares are currently trading halted on NEPSE.
Investors should note that Mega Bank Limited has proposed a 13.05% dividend for FY 2076/77, comprising 10% bonus shares and 3.05% cash, which will be dispersed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the company’s upcoming 10th AGM. The board meeting that decided this was held on Poush 02.
Cash dividend of 5% has been deposited in shareholders’ bank accounts starting Poush 02; shareholders whose bank accounts are not authenticated or who have pending margin loan approvals must complete the required steps to receive the payout.
