The board of Nepal Investment Bank has proposed a 5.5% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 78,36,92,498 and a 13% bonus share issue worth Rs. 1,85,23,64,085 for FY 2076/77, pending NRB approval and subsequent endorsement at the AGM.
The board has proposed a 15% cash dividend and a 10% bonus share issue for FY 2076/77, which will be paid only after approval at the upcoming 28th AGM. The company reported a Q1 net profit of Rs 51.85 million for FY 2077/78.
The cash dividend of Rs. 5,05,57,881 (0.5405%) for FY 2076/77 awaits approval from the NRB before being endorsed at the AGM. Bonus shares valued at Rs. 96,05,99,735 (10.2695%) will also be issued upon approval.
Pokhara Finance Limited has proposed a 5.263% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of a 0.263% cash dividend of Rs. 24,13,900 and 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 4,58,64,086 based on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 91,72,81,704. The decision awaits NRB approval and will be endorsed at the AGM.
Book closure for the bank's 15.51% dividend ends on Poush 13, 2076/77; shares held by that day are eligible for the dividend and can attend the AGM on Poush 25, 2076/77.
