The board has proposed a 20% dividend for FY 2076/77, consisting of 19% bonus shares worth Rs. 4,25,65,985 and a 1% cash dividend of Rs. 22,40,315, pending NRB approval before AGM.
CDS & Clearing Limited has called its 10th AGM to be held on Poush 27, 2077. The meeting will endorse a 15% cash dividend for FY 2076/77.
